Simply Self Storage

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers advertised by Simply Self Storage.

By taking up any promotional offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions (Applicable to All Promotions)

Promotions are available to new customers only and do not apply to existing or past tenancies.
Offers are strictly limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
Promotions are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
A minimum storage period of three (3) months applies to all promotional offers.
Standard storage agreement terms and conditions, including payment obligations, security deposits, and access rules, continue to apply.
All customers must comply with Simply Self Storage’s facility rules and policies at all times.

Eligible customers will receive 50% off the standard storage rate for the first three (3) months of their agreement.
After the initial three (3) month promotional period, the storage fee will automatically revert to the full standard rate applicable to the unit.
This offer cannot be extended, renewed, or reapplied beyond the initial promotional period.
The promotion applies only to selected units and is subject to availability.
Any changes to unit size, transfer, or agreement during the promotional period may result in the promotion being forfeited.

Eligible customers will pay $1 for the first month of storage for selected upper-level units.
The second and third months will be charged at the full standard rate.
This promotion is subject to a mandatory minimum contract term of three (3) months.
At the time of sign-up, customers are required to pay:
- Month 1 ($1 promotional rate), and
- Month 2 (full standard rate) in advance.
The promotion cannot be extended, renewed, or applied beyond the initial three (3) month term.
This offer applies to upper-level storage units only and is subject to availability.
Any early termination of the agreement within the minimum term may result in forfeiture of the promotional rate and additional charges.

All storage fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments may result in:
- Suspension of access to the storage unit
- Termination of the agreement
- Additional fees in accordance with the standard storage agreement

Simply Self Storage reserves the right to:
- Modify or withdraw promotions at any time
- Limit availability based on occupancy levels
- Refuse promotional access where terms are not met
