Promotional Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers advertised by Simply Self Storage across our North Wollongong, Unanderra, and South Nowra locations.

By taking up any promotional offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions (Applicable to All Promotions)

• Promotions are available to new customers only and do not apply to existing or previous tenancies.

• All promotional offers are strictly limited time only and may be amended, withdrawn, or changed at any time without notice.

• Promotions are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or able to be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified.

• A minimum storage term of three (3) months applies to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

• Standard storage agreement terms and conditions, including payment obligations, security requirements, access conditions, and facility rules, continue to apply.

• Promotions apply only to selected units and are subject to availability at each location.

• Any transfer, downgrade, upgrade, or change to the storage agreement during the promotional period may result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer.

• Simply Self Storage reserves the right to refuse access to promotional pricing where eligibility requirements are not met.

2. North Wollongong Promotions

Ground Floor Units – $1.00 1st Month

Eligible customers leasing selected upper-level storage units at our North Wollongong branch will receive:

• Month 1: $1 promotional rate

• Month 2: Full Price

• Month 3: Full Price

• Month 4 onwards: Full standard storage rate applicable to the unit

Customers are required to pay the applicable upfront amounts at the time of sign-up ( 1st and 2nd Month ).

This promotion:

• Applies to all storage units;

• Requires a minimum storage term of three (3) months;

• Cannot be extended or combined with any other offer;

• Is subject to availability.

Early termination of the agreement during the minimum term may result in forfeiture of the promotional pricing and additional charges.

Upper Level Units – $1 First Month Promotion

Eligible customers leasing selected upper-level storage units at our North Wollongong branch will receive:

• Month 1: $1 promotional rate

• Month 2: Full Price

• Month 3: Full price

• Month 4 onwards: Full standard storage rate applicable to the unit

Customers are required to pay the applicable upfront amounts at the time of sign-up ( 1st and 2nd Month ).

This promotion:

• Applies to all storage units;

• Requires a minimum storage term of three (3) months;

• Cannot be extended or combined with any other offer;

• Is subject to availability.

Early termination of the agreement during the minimum term may result in forfeiture of the promotional pricing and additional charges.

3. Unanderra Branch Promotions

Upper Level Units – $1 First Month / $60 Ongoing Promotion

Eligible customers leasing selected upper-level storage units at our Unanderra branch will receive:

• Month 1: $1 promotional rate

• Month 2 onwards: $60 per month ongoing while continuously occupying the same unit under the same agreement.

This promotion:

• Applies to selected upper-level units only;

• Is available to new customers only;

• Is subject to availability;

• Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Any transfer, unit change, termination, or breach of agreement may result in the promotional pricing being withdrawn and the unit reverting to the standard storage rate.

5. Payment & Default

All storage fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule outlined in the storage agreement.

Failure to maintain payments may result in:

• Suspension of access to the storage unit;

• Additional fees and charges;

• Termination of the storage agreement;

• Further recovery action in accordance with the storage agreement and applicable legislation.

6. Changes & Availability

Simply Self Storage reserves the right to:

• Modify, amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice;

• Limit promotional availability based on occupancy levels;

• Refuse promotional access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
